Ok, this whole Mr. BadMood blog is a pointless waste of time, where i occasionally rant about things on my mind. i will try so very hard to be calm about this next post though it pisses me off to no end.
short story...
a man named chris died in raleigh. to make it worse, he died on the day he was supposed to get married to karen. now anyone who knows me i hope, knows that i find absolutely nothing funny about this situation. it is a tragic event that will haunt his family, friends, and fiancee forever.
the story goes on to tell what a devoted christian he was. i am not huge on religion, and battle my own demons with my faith, and confess that the ultra religious more than often get on my nerves. my issue, but i will never ever tell a person how to worship. that said....
the story interviews one of chris' groomsmen, a man named andrew bowman, and here's where i get angry.
Andrew Bowman, Groomsman had this to say... this story is so unbelievable that the fact that it actually happened is why i'm happy for chris. i'm happy there are a lot of people who are going to hear about this, and a lot of people are going to see that Karen is going to flourish from this situation. a lot of people gonna see that we're going to help out chris's family, we're going to help out karen's family.
the fact that it actually happened is why i'm happy for chris??? are you effing kidding me? in no way shape or form should you be happy for chris! period. he died on his wedding day you schmuck. you should feel saddened. you should feel confused, but happy? you are a moron.
what exactly are alot of people going to hear about? that a man died on his wedding day. that's what people will hear. maybe if you sent a message out about the consequences of running a red light, more people would get the message.
i hope to whoever that karen flourishes. but not today. today she mourns for the one she loved. but you go ahead and help. you run home make a tuna casserole for chris and karen's families. i'm sure that will make it all better. in the end though, you will still be an idiot.
